TERMS OF SERVICE

I go by Densuke, Sour Watermelon or Sour Densuke.By purchasing my art, you indicate that you’ve read the Terms of Service
and agree with them.I don’t give permission to use my artwork for AI datasets.

I definitely will not draw:

  • Underage characters in 18+ / kinky / overly gruesome scenarios;

  • Real people in 18+ / kinky / overly gruesome scenarios (if they never directly consented to being featured in such scenarios);

  • Bestiality (unless feral / quadrupedal characters are sentient, of age and consenting);

  • Scat;

  • Rape (CNC kinks are fine).

I reserve the right to:

  • Decline the commission before payment is received without any explanation;

  • Not be rushed before the deadline, unless you notified me of the urgency of your commission beforehand;

  • Draw personal art while working on your commission;

  • Post the commission I made for you on my socials if you didn’t ask me to keep it private beforehand;

  • Be credited when you publish my art somewhere.

When contacting me, please:

  • Don't engage in explicit kink talk or try to roleplay with me;

  • Make sure you warn me before sending explicit references or hide them with the spoiler feature;

  • Just be civil :)

Commissions and YCH’s:

  • You need a reference sheet or clear art of your character to commission me. Additional pictures or collages are appreciated. If you only have a written description of your character I may charge extra;

  • The first thing I do is make a rough sketch to show you and decide on the final price. I continue working on your commission only after payment is received;

  • If you have a strict deadline you should notify me beforehand. If it’s an urgent commission there can be extra charges. I may decline an urgent commission if I know it doesn’t fit in my schedule;

  • I will send you my progress whenever I make any, but please be patient;

  • All the reuploads of my work must be credited;

  • My deadline is usually 14-30 days.

Adoptables:

  • The payment must be made in 48 hours;

  • You must credit me as the creator when you upload an adoptable you bought;

  • You are not allowed to remove my signature from the adoptable’s reference sheet;

  • You may use your adoptable to RP, gift them, trade them, add changes to their design, make / buy artwork featuring them, etc.

  • You may not use them for commercial purposes and re-sell them.
